1. What is E-Voucher?

An e-voucher, or electronic voucher, is a digital form of a gift card or discount coupon. It’s typically sent via email or a mobile app and contains a unique code or barcode that can be redeemed for goods, services, or discounts online or at participating physical stores. It offers a convenient way to make purchases or redeem rewards without needing a physical card.

 

2. Where can I find my E-Voucher?

Open your Shopee Apps, click on the “See More” from Shopee Homepage, go to “Prepaid, Bills & Tickets” and click on "Orders". Tap on “To Receive” and scroll to “Entertainment” to find your E-voucher.

3. How to redeem the E-Voucher?
a) Please check the location of the redemption outlet in the tab “See all locations” before redeeming.

b) Click on the “Prepaid, Bills & Tickets” icon on the Shopee App.

c) Scroll down to the “Entertainment” category, and tap on “E-Voucher”.
d) Tap on the “My Vouchers” tab at the bottom right.

e) Select “Valid”, and click “Redeem” on your desired E-voucher.
f) Swipe to redeem / Click to redeem when you are in front of the outlet staff/cashier.
g) Click “Confirm” to redirect to the redemption successful page.

4. When will I receive my E-Voucher?
The E-Voucher may be fulfilled immediately or up to 5 minutes. After you have made a successful purchase, you may find your E-Voucher from the order details page. 

 

5. What can I do if I haven't received my E-Voucher code after 5 minutes?

If you still have not received your E-Voucher code after 5 minutes has passed, get in touch with our customer support agents. Click on your booking > "Contact seller".

Alternatively, you may choose one of the options below to get in touch with our customer support agents:

i.  Go to the “Me” page.

ii. Click on the “Chat” at the bottom of the page. Our customer support agents are available from 7am - 12am.

iii. Click on the “Internet Call (Free)” at the bottom of the page. Our customer support team will assist you shortly!

 

6 . Will I be refunded if I accidentally redeemed my E-Vouchers?

E-Vouchers purchased from “Prepaid, Bills & Tickets”  are non-returnable/non-refundable.

 

For In-store voucher, please check with the cashier about the applicable redemption terms before redeeming your e-voucher.

 

7. Can I use Shopee Voucher or Shopee coins when I make an e-voucher purchase?

Yes, you can use your Shopee voucher and spend Shopee coins at checkout. However, you will not earn Shopee Coins for purchasing E-Vouchers.

 

8. What happens if I am already at the store but have an issue to redeem my e-voucher?
Please contact our customer support team immediately if you are having issues redeeming your e-voucher.

 

9. How many E-Vouchers can I make per one checkout?
You can only make one E-Vouchers order per checkout transaction.
